Why did I create this?
Throughout my life I’ve had people tell me I’m too much, too weird, and too different. I internalized this and thought I was bad. 

 As a kid I was so hypervigilant that the caretaker for the school made me a wooden box with 3 sides. This was put around my chair and desk, so if other people moved or made a noise I couldn’t see them. I could only see the teacher. I was/am hypersensitive to noise. I couldn’t concentrate. 

 So I grew up feeling really shitty about myself. It’s why I got targeted for bullying, and being excluded. I was that kid in the special needs classroom that people said “Don’t play with the Little Box Girl!” 

 As a therapist I spent YEARS working on the trauma of it all - I’ve done talk therapy, EMDR, Psychodrama, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Release Therapy… 

 I’ve trained in Psychology, got a MAsters in Integral Theory, trained as a business, singles and couples coach, trained as an Attachment Family Focused Therapist, done level one in Theraplay and done extensive training in Brainspotting (for peak performance, trauma, and healing blocks in business). 

 All of this obviously HELPED me, but it was only when I did a training in Autism, and they shared traits and I realised that was ALL me. When I shared about it on facebook, a random facebook friend said: I think you also have female ADHD. 

 What? Dyslexia, Autism, AND ADHD. Oh my!! A juicy neurospicy treat! 

 Finally I could put together parts of myself, and understand that I function DIFFERENTLY. 

 I am not bad. 

 Since then I’ve deep dived into understanding myself, and how to support myself.

It’s evaporated shame, grown understanding, and I’ve developed support structures that enable me to do things I’ve wanted to - but not had the capacity.

    Yes - Absolutely. You'll gain understanding and insight into how the nervous system operates and how to calm. I'm neurospicy and these are tools that helps me and my autistic, ADHD and dyslexic clients.
  • Will this work for someone who is busy?
    YES! If you can't record the call, the recorded videos are 3-15 minutes long so you can watch them as you exercise, cook and clean. They can be your morning friend as you go to the toilet!
  • What time zone is the program?
    The Zoom with Zariya Session will be Thursday 27th October at 8pm UK, 3pm EST, or Noon PST.
  • What if we need extra support?
    Makes sense - these are new skills and the work can bring up challenges we have. Zariya does private therapy and coaching to support people. Reach out for her link to book a session or package that suits you.
  • Do I have to be on Facebook?
    No - the training is on zoom, and then put into a hub that you can watch away from social media.
  • I'm hard of hearing - is it accessible?
    You can turn on captions for all the videos. There is also a transcript for each video if you prefer to read.
  • What if I don't think I'm neurospicy?
    It will give you the powerful practices and healing words you needed so you can respond to yourself with loving care and weave repair into you.
